Our beginner classes involve a vinyasa flow with pranayama that takes time to guide you through the transitions and help you find the way the asana best fits your body. Chair Yoga is a relaxed beginners form of yoga that takes place seated and is great for those who are struggling with mobility and flexibility. We adapt traditional yoga asana's including twists, forward folds and stretches. This is ideal for those who need a little more support, who are recovering from an injury or those who just enjoy a more relaxed practice.
I am currently teaching at Blenz Cafe in Whitnash every Monday and Friday 8:30am-9:30am.
Restorative classes are usually approx 1-2 hours long to allow for deep relaxation of the body. We will hold poses for a longer period of time (up to 20-25 mins) combining props and breath-work to release tension from the body. This class is great if you would like to improve your flexibility, tap deep into the body and mind or just prefer a slower, more relaxed pace of Yoga.
